An unprecedented itinerary that takes you through little-known areas of the Alta Murgia National Park, running along a segment of the Path of Italy that connectsQuasano to Altamura. It will take you by the Pulo di Altamura, a huge crater that seems to have been created by a meteorite. Instead, it is the result of thousands of years of water sculpting all kinds of forms into this karstic land.

Among the main points of architectural interest, you will discover a variety of ancient Jazzi (Farms for sheep) including JazzodellaSentinella, Jazzo di PietreTagliate and Jazzo di Lama Densa.

The Jazzo is an ancient type of farm typical of this area used to house sheep. Each of these three Jazzi will strike you with a unique feature that distinguishes it from the others.

At the end of the ride, you will visit the FattoriadellaMandorla, the only company in the world to produce a vegan, almond-based cheese. Taste it together with the other excellent products made from the Almond of Toritto (Slow Food Presidium).
